第二百八十五章 科里奥利流量计(流体力学)(1 / 1)

有一天科里奥利看到一个流水的管道会震动,期初没有什么感觉。

之后又看到粘稠的油流过一个管道的时候,看到管道有缓慢的震动。

科里奥利开始想:“是不是不同的液体,在流过相同的管道的时候,管道的震动是不一样的?”

科里奥利觉得做个实验,他找了一根软管,把两头固定好,然后找到了水、果汁、油、蜂蜜等等各种粘稠度不一样的液体,让这些液体通过管道,然后科里奥利自己开始观察这些不同液体对管道的震动的情况。

对水、果汁、油、蜂蜜这些液体的震动模式进行记录,发现不同液体的流动导致的软管的震动是不一样的。

科里奥利说:“如果单单看软管的震动方式,就可以判断管子里是什么液体在流动。”

科里奥利开始去寻找其中的原理。

原来流体为了反抗这种强迫振动,会给管子一个与其流动方向垂直的反作用力,在这种被叫做科里奥利效应力的作用下,管子的震动不同步了,入口段管与出口段管在振动的时间先后商会出现差异,差异是由于入口段和出口段流体流向是相反的,这叫做相位时间差。这种差异与流过管子的流体质量流量的大小成正比。如果通过电路能检测出这种时间差异的大小,则就能将质量流量的大小给确定了。这种流量计被称作科里奥利直接质量流量计,它与世界上目前在用的几十种常规容积式流量计的最大不同是它测的质量的大小,使用的单位是kg/h。用质量作单位的流量计比用容积作单位的容积式流量计要准确和恒定。因为质量是遵循守恒定律的。

后来发现不同的流速,不同密度的流体会有不同的震动。

后来制作出的流速管,就是这种软件,在软管旁边放置电子测量传感器,去记录流动物在软管上的震动来识别不同密度的液体。

科氏力质量流量计的发明是科技界苦苦求索几十年的结果,它不但具有准确性、重复性、稳定性,而且在流体通道内没有阻流元件和可动部件,因而其可靠性好,使用寿命长,还能测量高粘度流体和高压气体的流量。现在汽车用的清洁燃料压缩天然气的计量就是靠它测准的,而在石油、化工、冶金、建材、造纸、医药、食品、生物工程、能源、航天等工业部门,其应用也越来越广泛。它的问世带来了流体测量技术的一次深刻变革,被专家誉为是21世纪的主流流量计。
